New Earth Countdown

Let me tell you about Bob. He's an interstellar dimension jumper/courier who chooses to present himself as an Old West cowboy most of the time.  He's about 7.5 feet tall. He wears a Stetson, a red-blue-white checkered long-sleeved flannel cowboy-style button-down shirt with a cow leather, fringed vest, a bolo tie with a small, metal cow skull, blue jeans, a huge, metal belt buckle on his belt, and brown cowboy boots. He likes the getup also because it camouflages his real shape and looks pretty efficiently. Usually he doesn't have a set shape. He is constantly changing dimensions, which means that he can't pin down his body to any particular mass. The molecules of his body are adaptable to a degree it's hard for a human brain to comprehend. His job involves taking packages across dimensions to different locations and to different beings. Usually those packages are composed entirely of vibrational frequencies and he stores them in his own body for transport. That'

It's funny how most people in the "civilized" Western world tend to think intelligent life exists only on Earth and that our physical reality is all there is and that we only live once. It's funny, but it's also a burden when you think otherwise and you don't fit in. I had a realistic dream decades ago where I was living with a group of people on a very inhospitable planet. The days were hot as hell and the nights were dangerously cold, just like in an Earth desert environment, but ten times more extreme. We lived in a huge stone structure. The stone blocks the building was made of were easily 12 ft long and 9 ft wide. This was necessary to keep the living beings inside comfortable. You see, when the planet's sun was up, it would fry everything on the ground. A normal Earth stick-construction house would've almost caught fire.
