Hope and faith

It's been a cold winter here in central Pennsylvania and now, finally, after over a month of below-freezing temperatures, the weather is warming up for a few days. January has been tough. For me, it included a 24-hour period when my natural gas furnace stopped working and I had to rely on two electric space heaters to keep my pipes from freezing. Two visits from service techs later and so far I still have heat, but I'm still scared on cold nights.

My guides always tell me not to worry. It's impossible not to worry sometimes and then I chastise myself for not being able to sustain a high frequency. I should have faith that everything in my life will work out, but it's hard.

The one thing that gives me hope right now are the days that are getting longer. Groundhog Day is upon us, too, once again, reminding me that the Earth is still going around the Sun and staying on schedule. All I have to do is keep breathing and eventually summer will arrive. That's what I have faith in at the moment.
